What a first half of the new season it has been for this group! We have moved into 5th spot in the WORLD this season, as of January 5! The hard work, processes and support that everyone has put into this team is starting to pay off in huge ways. Thank you not only to the four players, but also the coaches, support staff, friends, family and sponsors. None of this is possible without everyone’s commitment! We also need to thank all of our FANS that have been tweeting and following us all this time. It has been really uplifting!

We have played 10 events so far this season, qualifying for playoffs in 8 (arguably 9 events) and made 5 finals, capturing 2 Championships. We are encroaching on a 70% winning percentage. These numbers are some of the best in the game and we are not looking to press the brakes anytime soon!

Our latest victory came at the US Open of Curling in Blaine, Minnesota, where we finished with a 7-1 record and the inaugural US Open Championship. We preceded that with a finalist showing in Yorkton at the Canadian Open Grand Slam, where some 415,000 viewers (some of the best television numbers in Canada that weekend) tuned in to watch us take on Brad Gushue in a near sold-out Gallagher Centre on national television.

We are excited to announce our Decisive Farming CurlingVille presented by Crescent Point Energy with the following dates and locations. We had overwhelming support of this initiative and we thank our sponsors for making it happen. Stop by and say hi or bring out the kids if you are close!

January 14 – Unity Curling Club – 4:00-7:00pm -- FINALIST

January 16 – Estevan Curling Club – 5:00-8:00pm -- FINALIST

January 18 – Wilkie Curling Club – 9:30am-3:00pm -- CHAMPION

We are already working hard and ramping up for our next event, the Sasktel Tankard (provincial championship) in Melville on February 4-8, 2015. Come out and cheer us on as we try and capture back-to-back championships! It will be nice to have 3 weeks to get back to basics and follow our plans to get back to where we need too, to give us our best chance to perform at a high level at the Tankard.

Thank you for following and please if you would like to see something added into our updates, we would love to hear from you!
